This is just a list of characters and their rank in Oblitus.
The limits are subject to change if we become unbalanced.
There are no limits to the ORPHANUS & NOVA ORPHANUS right now.
Only 3 EXSUL ORPHANUS & SOLUS ORPHANUS are allowed currently.
Simply for the reason I don't want twenty of them when we only have seven in another group.
